Who’s brave enough to enter ‘The Church of the Pistoleros?’
COMBINING shades Phil Spector-esque ballads, high-energy glam punk, and Latin swagger, GYPSY PISTOLEROS tease the release of next year’s ‘Welcome To The Church Of The Pistoleros’ album, with new single and video, ‘Church Of The Pistoleros.’
No strangers to the rock scene, Gypsy Pistoleros have shared stages with The Ramones, Motörhead, L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat, and ZZ Top, building a devoted following both in the US and UK.
“Welcome to the ‘Church of the Pistoleros,’ said Gypsy Lee Pistolero. “Come and take my hand all you beautiful weirdos, for the lost, the strange, and the ne’er-do-wells. This is a call to all the misfits and outcasts, to stand up and join us and be proud to be different – join the ‘New Church.’”
The album was recorded at Pershore’s Old Cider Press Studios, and produced and co-written by the Dave Draper (Ginger Wildheart, Nickelback, The Professionals and Terrorvision).
To celebrate the launch, Gypsy Pistoleros will be embarking on their ‘Welcome to the Church of the Pistoleros UK Tour,’ beginning in Sheffield, April 2025.
