“Think Courtney Barnett meets Patti Smith.” SAMANTHA JOSEPHINE confirmed for huge 24:1900 virtual music festival.

THIS week’s MUSICLOVEMUSIC’s featured 24:1900 virtual music event artist is SAMANTHA JOSEPHINE from Christchurch, New Zealand.

“We’re thrilled Samantha Josephine will be joining us for 24:1900 on December 21^st, an event which we believe is the world’s first 24-hour virtual music festival featuring independent acts,” said Mark Gee from festival founders and organisers, 122 Music Management.

“In her own words, Samantha creates, “some kind of raw indie sounds,” think Courtney Barnett meets Patti Smith. Her debut album came out in 2020, while her latest LP, ‘Your Unbelievable Head,’ was released in June 2024.”

Apart from raising the profile of the artists concerned 122 Music Management are also fundraising, with ten percent of all ticket sales donated to Music Venue Trust (MVT), and Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF).
