The new edition features remixes of select tracks, reimagined with bold arrangements and innovative collaborations from Qemist, Ross Al Ghul, Ethan Hunt, Loose Opinions, Ben Baurmeister, and Siphne.
“Expanding this album felt like a natural progression,” she said. “The original release captured my personal transformation, and this extended version opens up space for collaboration, exploration, and connecting with the audience in new ways. I’m thrilled to bring these songs to life on stage with Talibah and Infinity Stairs in such a special space.”
The extended edition builds upon the original’s rich blend of traditional Southern instruments with contemporary production elements and electronic textures, each remix offering a fresh perspective, amplifying Simien’s extraordinary ability to honour Louisiana Creole roots, while pushing the boundaries of her sound at the same time.
The extended edition of ‘To Bend to the Will of a Dream That’s Being Fulfilled’ will be available on all streaming platforms from Thursday, January 24th.
