Psych rock, baroque pop and Mediterranean folk traditions – MESSINESS mix it up on debut album

FROM the sketchy Milan suburbs, psych indie-rockers MESSINESS present their debut eponymous album, released via Vienna’s StoneFree Records, and Istanbul’s Tarla Records.

Fronted by Sicilian polymath Max Raffa, Messiness also features Rosario Lo Monaco (guitars), Filippo La Marca (keys/backing vocs), Giovanni Calella (bass), and Luca Anello (drums/percussion).

Recorded entirely on analogue equipment by Ivan A. Rossi at 8brr.rec Studio, Milan, today’s release fuses psych rock, Mediterranean folk traditions, and baroque pop.
