Nashville-based ALEXANDRA KING reveals a deep love of Ireland on new four-track EP

NASHVILLE-based singer-songwriter ALEXANDRA KING releases her debut EP ‘Across The Pond’ with focus track ‘Lose Me To Dublin’ detailing her musical and personal connections to Ireland.

“’Across the Pond’ is where tradition meets my own experience, a bridge between Ireland and my Irish American roots,” she said. “The two original songs are a love letter to Ireland, inspired by its beauty, music, people, and the many experiences I’ve had there, while the two covers are ones that shaped me through family gatherings and my years at NUIG. This EP is more than music, it’s a collection of memories, both borrowed and my own, from the Ireland I love so well.”

King once faced a spinal cord injury so severe she questioned whether she would walk or perform again, but despite building a career as a New York attorney, eventually followed her heart to Nashville to pursue her musical calling.
