Inspired by the greats, HATTIE WHITEHEAD announces intimate UK tour

FOLLOWING the release of last year’s debut album ‘Bloom,’ singer-songwriter HATTIE WHITEHEAD announces an extensive UK tour, including a triple headliner night at London’s St. Pancras Old Church, where she will perform alongside Edward Randell, and Tessa Rose Jackson with the artists’ music arranged and performed by a string ensemble.

Lauded for her crystal clear, honeyed vocals and lush folk-hued music, Whitehead will be performing tracks from ‘Bloom,’ songs that explored the aftermath of grief following the loss of her mother, mental health, and her experience as a woman within the music industry.

Born into an artistic family – her late mother a music loving poet, her father celebrated jazz saxophonist Tim Whitehead – Whitehead was raised on folk and jazz greats of the ‘60s and ‘70s including Joni Mitchell and Nick Drake with a taste in contemporary songwriters such as Wolf Alice, Kurt Vile and Angel Olson.
