‘Hold’ on for love, KARMACODA return with a beauty

SAN FRANCISCO trio KARMACODA follow up the release of July’s ‘You and I’ album, with new single, ‘Hold.’

“Hold is about a longing for a love that what once was, maybe, and thoughts on what it could still be,” said Brett Crockett. “We each have such thoughts and memories in our lives, what could have been if we had held on to what we were, imagined or not.”

With their expansive two-decade discography, KARMACODA are best known for their genre-blending approach which has included exploring electronica, chill, trip-hop, and R&B, drawing comparisons to Lana Del Rey and Massive Attack.

Completing the KARMACODA trio are singer Jessica Ford, and Japanese-American multi-instrumentalist, Eric Matsuno on bass.
