GOODBYE WUDAOKOU’s new year’s prayer

MANCHESTER-based GOODBYE WUDAOKOU – the solo project of Mat Mills – close out a hugely successful 2025 with latest single, ‘Spare Year.’

“You never know when putting out something a bit different,” said Mills, “but I’ve had some lovely feedback, and I hope it’s a fitting end of your single sounding a bit more natural and reflective.

“I’m only just starting with the next record, but the current thought is for something a bit more diverse that mixes up some of the sounds and ideas – who knows though at this point!”
